CRM Platform HubSpot to Acquire The Hustle
In the US, customer relationship management (CRM) platform HubSpot has signed an agreement to acquire media company The Hustle, which produces a newsletter, podcast, and research and tech trend content. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Hustle's daily e-mail was launched in 2016, and now reaches 1.5 million readers with topical stories and perspectives, as well as insights and data through its subscription platform and podcast. HubSpot says the deal will provide additional ways to offer its community of companies content across a broader range of topics and a more diverse set of media.
HubSpot, which boasts a community of seven million people, delivers products and services for customer relationship management, social media marketing, content management, lead generation, web analytics, SEO, live chat and customer support.
