QuestionPro Hires Workforce Experience President

Online survey software provider QuestionPro has hired employee understanding specialist Sanja Licina as President of its Workforce Experience division, with overall responsibility for driving growth, product development and client satisfaction.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, QuestionPro offers a core technology platform covering surveys, customer experience and employee experience, with 'Workforce' focused on the last of these. Licina (pictured) joins with twenty years' experience as an exec and senior leader, as well as a researcher and product manager. She spent more than nine years at CareerBuilder, where she held several positions including Senior Director, Workforce Analytics and Senior Director, Talent Intelligence. Earlier she was a researcher at Ipsos and a Consultant at the Harvard Business School, and most recently, she led the Future of Organizations unit at company digital transformation specialist Globant.
