Protel Fieldwork Adds WATI Option

In the UK, MR services provider Protel Fieldwork has added WATI (web-assisted telephone interviewing) to its portfolio.

Protel was founded in 1999 in Coventry, West Midlands and offers a range of services, including door-to-door and in-street fieldwork, telephone and in-store interviewing, hall tests, qual recruitment, scripting, and data entry and tabs. The new WATI mixed mode (online and telephone) interviewing uses CATI plus screen sharing, without the need for webcams or technical set-up.

The new service is offered to help clients who want to obtain real-time feedback about visual images and/or products. Other uses include conjoint analysis, ad and concept testing, multiple choice graphic selection and 3D rendering of product design.
