SyncScript Launches Customized Services Suite
In the US, language services agency SyncScript has launched a suite of customized services 'streamlined' to meet an array of market research transcription and pricing requirements. They include a 'no-frills' approach called SyncStandard.
Set upin 2016 by former Focus forward execs Liz Granahan and Meghan Surdenas (pictured left and right), SyncScript can provide verbatim transcription of audio into a Word document, as well as transcription from speaker engagements, Excel, and notes formats; qualitative translation services from audio and text; and an API which enables clients to automatically upload files for transcription and receive status updates throughout the transcription process.
The firm's new suite offers three transcription formats: SyncBasic, SyncStandard and SyncPremium, with prices graded accordingly. Commenting on the launch, Surdenas said: 'SyncScript is known to offer first-class service, with dedicated project management and an extensive quality assurance process for client-ready transcripts. We recognized that some researchers don't require any bells and whistles. Our new format, SyncStandard, meets these needs. Offering a no-frills solution, getting the insights you need for internal analysis, a self-service portal, and a low price point'.
