HCD Partners with Vesta for Neuroscience Suite Launch
In the US, online community software platform Vesta has partnered with applied consumer neuroscience company HCD Research, to create a suite of emotional and psychological research tools to capture non-conscious feelings.
Vesta claims its platform transforms customers into lasting brand advocates, elevates a brand's digital presence, and delivers predictive insights. HCD will now add neuroscientific methods to Vesta's qual and quant research tools, promising users of its online consumer community 'new levels of insights'.
Known as the Applied Consumer Neuroscience suite, the tools include online eye tracking, facial coding, implicit association, MaxImplicit, and Self-Assessment Manikin (a non-verbal pictorial assessment technique). Vesta CEO Susan Frech (pictured) comments: 'We're excited to partner with HCD to offer their innovative tools and allow marketers to harness the unparalleled agility, clarity, and surety of their community to reveal powerful predictive insights'.
