RealityMine Debuts Healthcare Data Tool
Mobile research tech firm RealityMine has launched a permission-based app and web interface called RealLife Healthcare, to capture digital data points from patients and physicians.
The firm provides individual level mobile usage data via a data collection tool called RealityMeter; a daily summary of data on individual panellists using the RealLife Profiles solution; RealLife Media Players, which allows customers to view more detailed video consumption behaviour; and RealLife Shopper, offering a daily report of consumers' product browsing and purchasing behaviour. Earlier this year, it added a product called RealLife Audio, tracking panellists' consumption of streamed audio content.
The new RealLife Healthcare solution captures reach, frequency and duration of application and web site use, enabling healthcare organizations to engage with physicians' and patients' digital journey across all devices and on all major operating systems. Alex Sunnerstam (pictured), SVP Data Partnerships, comments: 'Everyone is spending more time online and behavioural data is more important than ever for a fuller, more accurate picture in market research. This is especially relevant for healthcare researchers in terms of physicians and patient audiences, to have a better understanding around digital life and patient journeys, in a way that is compliant with patient and data protection'.
