Nielsen's Audience Measurement GM to Join Experian
Scott Brown, former General Manager, Audience Measurement at Nielsen, is leaving to join information giant Experian.
Brown (pictured) has worked for Nielsen for the past twelve years, initially serving as Director, Data Science QA. More recently, he was Chief Technology Officer for Nielsen Watch measurement products; leading both the technology teams which built Nielsen's Total Audience Platform, and technical implementation of products across mobile, computer and connected TVs. Prior to joining Nielsen in 2009, Brown led client IT consulting engagements for KPMG.
According to www.mediapost.com , Brown is leaving Nielsen following the latter's sale of its Advanced Video Advertising (AVA) business to TV streaming platform Roku, which will take on approximately 100 Nielsen AVA employees.
