Incite Restructures to Reflect Three Client Types
London and US-based Incite, part of the Kin + Carta group of companies, is restructuring its offer into three core practices: Research, led by Director Stefan Schafer; Planning, led by Deputy MD Pranay Jeyachandran; and Strategy, led by Director Helene Mills.
The new structure takes effect this month, and aims to reflect the needs of the agency's three core client groups: insight buyers, marketing and brand directors, and executive/investor professionals respectively. Thus the Research practice promises 'insight-based evidence and inspiration'; the Planning practice to 'support marketing, innovation, portfolio and strategy leaders with informed strategy and pragmatic implementation plans'; and the Strategy practice to help business leaders and investors make 'informed steers on investments and future direction'.
The restructure is headed up by Global MD Peter Kneale (pictured), who took on the wider group role in February this year - working with US MD Kevin Waters to bring the three practices to market for clients in North America.
Kneale says the move 'creates centres of excellence that play into [the group's] proven expertise'. He adds, 'Each practice brings a focus and awareness of the different pain points of its specific clients, but each can also call on the expertise of the other practices when our briefs demand it. What all three practices are united by is Incite's belief that human understanding is the key to unlocking opportunities. Our ethos is to always 'Think People First' - consumers, clients, employees, and for our healthcare work, patients - to mine deep human insight and drive commercial growth strategies'.
With expertise across the consumer, technology, financial, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, and leisure sectors, and offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Chicago, it is online at www.incite-global.com .
