L&E Rolls Out Virtual Focus Group Facility

In the US, focus group and recruiting services company L&E Research has launched an online solution called Virtual Facility, which provides an option to host, record and live stream research without the need for a physical location or in-person participation.

The new solution can be used for focus groups, in-depth interviews, jury research using breakout rooms, HUT research for product testing and more. With Virtual Facility, live hosting is provided for the duration of the session to troubleshoot and manage late recruits, update the moderator, and allow participants into the session. A variety of platforms are available including Zoom, Adobe Connect, MS Teams and WebEx, all of which are secured via a waiting room, and clients can observe and chat with each other during the session.
