Escalent Acquires Grail Insights
In the US, behavior and analytics advisory firm Escalent has acquired strategic consultancy Grail Insights from NewQuest Capital Partners. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Grail was founded in 2006 by Monitor Group, then acquired in 2009 by KPO firm Integreon, which was itself bought by investment firm NewQuest Capital in 2016. The firm is located across the US and in Canada, China, India, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, the UAE Ireland, Italy and the UK.
According to Escalent, the deal creates a flow between primary, secondary, syndicated, and internal business data streams, providing consulting and advisory services from insights through implementation. The combined business will comprise 850 consultants, researchers, data scientists, technologists and operational experts in eleven countries. There will be no change to the Grail name in the near term, but Grail will move to the Escalent brand in the coming months.
