DoubleVerify Hires Former LiveRamp Exec Mimi Wotring

US-based digital media measurement and analytics firm DoubleVerify (DV) has hired former LiveRamp exec Mimi Wotring for a newly created role, SVP Publisher Sales & Client Services.

Acquired by private equity firm Providence Equity Partners in 2017, DV offers MRC-accredited software that verifies the quality and effectiveness of digital ads. Wotring (pictured) joins from enterprise data connectivity and analytics platform LiveRamp (previously known as Acxiom), where she served as MD, Agencies, having previously spent nearly eight years at data and marketing services company Acxiom. Earlier, she worked for quadrantONE, a joint venture of four major media companies, latterly as SVP, Strategic Development and Operations.

In her new role, Wotring will manage the DV Publisher Division's Sales and Client Services teams, grow the company's US footprint, and spearhead DV's global expansion of commercial efforts targeting publishers. She reports to Steven Woolway, EVP of Business Development, who comments: 'Mimi has worked on both sides of the fence, serving as the head of strategic ad operations for some of the largest publishers in the US, as well as selling publisher-focused technology solutions. She's a great ambassador for DV as we continue to expand within the publisher space, with the goal of helping the world's largest publishers maximize transparency and yield'.
