Twilio Segment Unveils 'Journeys' Personalization Tool
Customer data platform Twilio Segment has launched a tool called Journeys, allowing marketers to build customer journeys and deliver cross-channel personalization at scale.
Formed last year, when communications platform Twilio acquired customer data platform (CDP) Segment, the firm helps clients collect, unify and route their customer data into any system, and create experiences in real time. The new Journeys tool, built on first-party data from the Segment CDP, gives marketers information on who is most likely to convert, and allows personalization at scale.
