Seed Funds for HR Insights Platform eqtble
Self-service HR insights and analytics platform eqtble has raised $2.7m in a seed round of funding, which it will use to expand its engineering team and build out its product's machine learning and visualization capabilities.
The firm was founded last year by Ethan Veres, Gabe Horwitz and Joseph Ifiegbu (pictured), and its platform is used to discover and act on employee insights. By connecting with more than 100 systems, eqtble provides insights on workforce, talent acquisition, engagement and compensation using a data model which it says delivers in weeks. The analytics application enables clients to switch HR systems without losing analytics and insights.
New funding has been led by Initialized Capital, with participation from SB Opportunity Fund, RS Ventures, and other VCs and angel investors. Jen Wolf, President & Partner at Initialized Capital, comments: 'Important organizational issues like DEI or equitable compensation are not simply a box a company can check, they take honest commitment. Companies willing to make that commitment shouldn't have to wait months or be discouraged by the financial investment it takes to understand the data they already own to make these meaningful changes. The eqtble team knows how to solve this, and they're empowering other companies to do so too'.
