Investment Gives $2bn Valuation for CX Firm Iterable
San Francisco, CA-based Cross-channel CX platform Iterable has raised $200m in Series E funding, valuing the company at $2 billion; and says it will use the funds to continue to develop its platform and expand its reach.
Iterable's platform helps clients develop and optimize experiences across multiple channels. Last December, it launched a personalization solution called Brand Affinity, promising to help marketers measure sentiment and create more 'meaningful' customer experiences.
Backers for the funding round included new investors Silver Lake, Adams Street Partners, Glynn Capital, and DTCP and existing investors CRV, Viking Global Investors, Blue Cloud Ventures, and Capital Ventures, according to investment publication www.finsmes.com .
The firm is led by President and CEO Andrew Boni, and employs more than 450 people working across hubs in San Francisco, New York, Denver and London.
