Full Circle Strengthens HoNoR with Voter Data Products

Maryland, US-based Full Circle Research has enhanced its proprietary HoNoR (Holistic Next-Level Research) respondent validation service by integrating two products from voter data and targeting firm TargetSmart.

Adam WeinsteinTargetSmart's suite of offerings includes political and consumer data; organizing, management and analytics resources; and polls and models, data enhancement and consulting services. Now integrated with Full Circle's HoNoR, SmartMatch and Voter Registration Check API provide users with actionable voter insights: the former by automatically determining a set of matching strategies based on the data found in Full Circle's input files; and the latter by confirming if a voter is registered at a given address. Full Circle says this 'delivers a level of certainty' to its clients which is 'uniquely necessary to political and polling work'.
