Momentive Q2 Revenue Up 20%
Momentive (formerly SurveyMonkey) has reported a 20% increase in second quarter revenue to $109.4m, from $90.9m a year earlier; with a 33% rise in Enterprise sales to $33.9m and self-service revenue up 15% to $75.5m.
The firm provides online subscription-based tools through which individuals can create surveys, collect responses and analyze results, along with an Enterprise version, for companies wanting to gather, compare and share business-related feedback data. For the period ended June 30th this year, Enterprise sales revenue was around 31% of the firm's total, up from about 28% in Q2 2020. Momentive ended the quarter with roughly 9,400 enterprise sales customers, up 30% from approximately 7,200 in Q2 2020.
Paying users totalled 862,200, up 10% year-on-year, but about 90% of paying users were on annual plans, a rise of 86% from a year ago. Average revenue per user was $514, up 8% from $478 in Q2 2020.
