WEVO Adds Custom Questions to Journey Tests

In the US, user experience (UX) platform WEVO has added a Custom Questions feature to its WEVO Journey tests, enabling customers to add their own UX questions.

Jenni BruckmanCo-founded in 2016 by former Skype exec Nitzan Shaer, and former Constant Contact CMO Janet Muto, WEVO uses artificial intelligence to uncover audience insight and predict conversion outcomes in just a few days, without the need for A/B tests. WEVO Journey provides insights into the customer's digital experience across a client's web site, so that teams can identify the UX, design and content most or least effective for visitor targeting and see what's holding them back from engaging and converting on every page.

With the new addition, each Journey test has the option to include up to five custom questions, plus one follow-up question each. WEVO Journey Reports will now include answers to these, allowing teams to filter and sort results both by traditional demographic information and by the query results.
