Skai Launches 'Ask Mi' Market Intelligence Platform
San Francisco-based firm Skai has launched an AI-powered marketing intelligence solution called Ask Mi, providing insights about consumers, brands, products, competitors and innovation.
Skai was formed earlier this year through the merger of marketing intelligence and measurement technology provider Kenshoo and its acquisition of AI-powered consumer and market intelligence firm Signal Analytics. The company's platform includes a suite of data-driven products for market intelligence, omnichannel media activation, testing and measurement, to help companies better understand their consumers in real time.
Its new Ask Mi (pronounced 'ask me') self-serve platform uses natural language processing, enabling users to type any word, phrase, or question into the product's search bar to access interactive dashboards to support data-driven decision making. In addition, the platform combines big data and AI with an accessible user experience, regardless of technological skill set, and creates a resource for consumer brands.
Kate DuBois (pictured), General Manager of Marketing Intelligence, comments: 'The goal of Ask MI was to use a familiar interface - the ask-and-answer, natural-language search bar - as a portal to transformative, proprietary insights. The platform empowers all employees to address business problems based on the same source of truth as their teams of analysts. It shortens time to insight and ultimately maximizes return from the organization's data investment.'
