CXM Specialist Alida Hires Chief Architect
In Canada, customer experience management (CXM) specialist Alida has appointed Amit Gupta as Chief Architect, to strengthen the technology of its TXM (Total Experience Management) platform.
Previously known as Vision Critical, Alida offers a platform combining customer experience management (CXM) and insights functions, to provide brands with an end-to-end solution for uncovering insights and engaging with customers globally. Its TXM approach provides a way to integrate and optimize experiences across product innovation, branding and advertising, employee experience and omnichannel customer experience (CX).
Gupta (pictured) most recently worked for networking giant Cisco as CTO Software, IoT Cloud, before which he co-founded and served as CTO at IoT platform Jasper Wireless (later acquired by Cisco for $1.4 billion) and computer software firm Andale. Earlier he was an engineer at Sun Microsystems. Gupta holds more than 70 patents covering areas such as distributed systems, network security and IoT.
