Cision Social Listening Rolled Out in APAC
News distribution, targeting and monitoring firm PR Newswire has rolled out its Cision Social Listening solutions in the Asia Pacific region, where users can now access its database of online conversations and analysis.
PR Newswire's parent company, media intelligence firm Cision, created the solutions following its acquisition of social media listening and content marketing analytics firm Brandwatch earlier this year, and social media insights and management company Falcon.io in 2019. Brands can use the solution's social media listening and analysis capabilities to tap into conversations on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Tumblr, Flickr and hundreds of online forums and review sites.
Cision Social Listening also interprets emotions using sentiment classification, to increase the accuracy of analysis and identify implied meaning in conversations. Measurement indicators include audience reach, number of social media mentions, number of brand mentions, and official web site traffic and conversion rates.
