Capillary Buys Customer Experience Agency Persuade
Singapore-based customer loyalty and engagement solutions provider Capillary Technologies has acquired US-based full-service CX agency Persuade, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2011, Persuade focuses on user experience, business insights, data analysis and engineering to help clients create audience-focused and data-driven customer experiences. Its proprietary loyalty platform uses dynamic data elements to enable users to react quickly to customers' changing data. Capillary says the acquisition will enable it to deliver 'hyper-personalized' customer loyalty and engagement experiences, while adding to its existing AI-powered platform and extending its presence in North America.
