Havas Hires Strengthen Analytics and MarTech Team
Havas Media Group has added six execs to its Decision Sciences, Analytics and MarTech group (DA&M), all reporting to Mike Bregman, Chief Data Officer North America, who joined the agency from Accenture in May.
The division offers a range of services - from digital media planning and buying, content creation and SEO to social media and mobile campaign research and strategy, analytics and modelling. The new arrivals are:- Vlad Golinder as SVP, MarTech and Data Consulting - Golinder was previously SVP Brand Assurance at Dentsu 360i
- Chris Chobanian as SVP, Group Director, Analytics; previously VP Data Strategy and Data Analytics at PS AI Labs
- Sriram 'Ram' Padmanabhan as SVP, Decision Sciences, from the role of Managing Partner at GroupM's MediaCom
- Joon Park, formerly Director of Analytics at FIG, as VP, Director, Analytics
- Dana Cohen as VP, Director, Analytics, after working as Director of Data Science at GroupM's Wavemaker
- Yoo-Jin Cho as SVP Group Director, Analytics; previously VP Analytics at Publicis Media's Zenith.
The six join the DA&M team which taps into Havas Media Group's Converged platform, a research and data tool providing people-based insights, activation and advanced measurement. Key areas of focus for the new execs include rolling out a new generation of big data infrastructure built on real-time data signals, as well as developing an advanced understanding of optimal audiences, creative design, omni-channel investment, and business forecasting to power planning and buying decisions.
Global CEO Peter Mears (pictured) says the appointments will help to meet 'the ever-increasing demands of digital and data'.
