QualRecruit Hires COO
Ottawa, Canada-based online qual recruitment marketplace QualRecruit Inc. has appointed Dan Bacsa as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
 Researchers can log onto QualRecruit and describe their recruitment specifications: the request is then automatically connected to qualified recruitment agencies capable of running the study. Researchers can review bids in real time and compare them based on estimated turnaround time, reputation and price using a single, streamlined workflow.
Bacsa (pictured) is a lawyer, software engineer and information technology specialist with more than ten years' experience in the IT industry. Most recently he practised M&A, corporate and commercial law at a full-service Toronto law firm, advising a variety of domestic and international technology clients.
In his new role he will be responsible for the company's legal, financial and operational affairs.
