Affinitiv Promotes Adam Meier to President and CEO
Affinitiv, which provides data-driven marketing and software solutions to the auto industry, has promoted Adam Meier to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. He takes over from Sid Nair, who served as CEO for the past year, and whose next career move is not yet known.
Affinitiv works with automotive manufacturers (OEMs), dealer groups, and individual auto dealerships, delivering intelligence around customer experience across the automotive life cycle through its Atlas Digital Experience Platform. Meier (pictured) joined in 2016 and has since served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, he spent more than eleven years at marketing platform Brandmuscle, where he latterly served as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Operations, having begun his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
Scott Marden, Managing Partner of CIP Capital, and member of the Affinitiv Board of Directors, comments: 'We are confident that Adam's approach of leading by example, mentoring and empowering, and being a strong, transparent communicator is what Affinitiv needs at this important juncture. We are enthusiastic about Adam becoming the new President and CEO and we look forward to continued growth for the organization and for our customers.'
Alongside Meier's appointment, Affinitiv has also promoted Ray Trantina to the role of Chief Operating Officer, Joe LaDuke to Chief Financial Officer, and John Krzyston to Chief of Staff.
