Toluna Hires Global Marketing Head
Toluna has appointed Cate Rubenstein as SVP of Global Marketing, responsible for 'expanding and elevating' its brand.
The company, which is the parent of Harris Interactive and KuRunData, has enjoyed rapid growth either side of its rebrand and new platform launch (Toluna Start) last summer, and more recently added an Enterprise Insights Subscription, giving clients 'limitless access' to the Start platform, expert personnel and insights from its global panel community.
Other recent senior appointments have included the promotions of Mathilde Lelièvre to COO, Susan Vidler to European Chief Research Officer, and Olivia Senneville to EVP, Finance.
Rubenstein brings more than twenty years' experience in marketing, creative and brand strategy, including work for major worldwide brands across consumer insights, entertainment, media and lifestyle industries. Most recently she was EVP of Global Marketing and Brand Strategy at Ipsos; and earlier she led international marketing strategy for companies such as 20th Century FOX and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
In her new role she will oversee Toluna's global marketing strategy, communications, public relations, thought leadership, digital strategy, creative and performance across all global markets, while growing the international team; and sit on the Executive Board. She relocates from Los Angeles to New York City for the role.
'We are thrilled to welcome someone of Cate's caliber to the Toluna team', says Chief Digital Officer Phil Ahad. 'As a seasoned global marketing leader who has worked in a variety of industries, her wealth of experience will be a tremendous asset to our fast-growing marketing team'.
