Clearsense Acquires AI Analytics Firm Compellon
In the US, healthcare sector AI-powered data analytics platform Clearsense has acquired a plug-and-play AI analytics company called Compellon for an undisclosed sum.
California-based Compellon has developed machine learning technology which uses AI to re-structure predictive modeling. The firm designs models that capture the behavior in business data, allowing business analysts to work with that data, without the need for additional technical experience or understanding. According to Clearsense, which recently raised $30m in financing, the deal will complement its own platform, which organizes, and enriches data to convert it into ready-to-use insights.
Clearsense co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer Charles Boicey (pictured) comments: 'Compellon's game changing technology directly supports our mission to rapidly make data analytics nearly as easy as a Google query for clinicians and everyday users. With this solution, clinicians and other users can bypass the arduous, time-consuming manual process of testing hypothesis, and see results in hours instead of weeks or more.'
