Fanplayr Hires MDs for ANZ and Americas
US-based real-time targeting specialist Fanplayr has appointed David Ticconi as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand; Jack Hallahan as Vice President of Sales for the USA; and promoted Mariano Tripiciano to MD of the Americas.
With headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Fanplayr has developed a cloud-based platform using behavioral data, machine learning and AI to help eCommerce sites understand visitors' intent, and then deliver real-time, targeted messages and offers to specific segments. In August, the firm launched an anonymised user identification solution called PrivacyID, to address both new privacy laws and the impending ban on third-party cookies.
Ticconi joins after previous roles as Managing Director at Airship and VP of Sales Australia at AdColony, while Hallahan previously worked at Thunder (acquired by Walmart) as Head of Partnerships and Revenue, and at Celtra as Senior VP of Partnerships. Tripiciano joined Fanplayr in 2013 and has worked as VP of the European region, helping to establish and expand the company in Europe; and MD of Latin America. Earlier, he held IT consultancy and sales engineering positions, and he co-founded crowdfunding web site Groofi.
