Growth Funds for CX Platform Netomi
In the US, AI-based customer experience (CX) platform Netomi has raised $30m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use to hire across every division and fulfil plans to double its headcount in the next six months.
Netomi's no-code platform enables clients to resolve customer service inquiries without human intervention, with the aim of obtaining customer feedback and increasing customer satisfaction.
New funding was led by WndrCo, with participation from existing investors Eldridge and Fin Venture Capital, bringing total funding to date to $52m. The money will also be used to scale business operations, serving customers across new verticals and in more locations. ChenLi Wang, General Partner at WndrCo, comments: 'Every company today knows that fast and personalized service is key to their success. We believe Netomi's AI-powered platform can deliver transformational impact for any high-volume support operation'.
