Investors Buy Customer Data Platform SALESmanago
Customer data and CX platform SALESmanago has been acquired by private equity and growth capital investor Perwyn and SilverTree Equity. The buy is described as a 'nine-digit euro deal', but otherwise terms have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Krakow, Poland, SALESmanago uses zero-party data combined with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, to deliver personalised experiences across a range of marketing channels. Users can build a 360-degree customer profile, with data collected from multiple sources and touchpoints. Structured and unstructured data can be managed with a single customer identifier; information about customer interactions with a store or product can be profiled and measured; and transactional activity can be analysed to predict future purchasing behaviour.
According to an announcement, Perwyn and SilverTree have committed to 'significant growth equity' to fuel SALESmanago's expansion. Greg Blazewicz (pictured), SALESmanago's founder and CEO, comments: 'Our partnership with SilverTree and Perwyn brings us additional strength to fuel our rapid growth and accelerate our current momentum internationally. The combination of these two investors, with their strong software and international growth expertise, provides more access to global resources and enables us to invest even more to deliver innovation and value for our clients'.
