Merkle Launches in Taiwan
Dentsu International has launched its data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company Merkle in Taiwan. Current iProspect Taiwan CEO Carrie Tsai will now serve as Chief Exec of both businesses.
In addition Boice Lin, former SVP of Global Partnerships / Global Business Development at Appier has been appointed as General Manager of Merkle Taiwan. They are joined by Rasmus Yu Limschou, who relocates from Merkle Nordics (Europe) for a pre-sale and project management role; Tony Wang, previously of both Nielsen and Comscore, as Client Lead; former tech start-up CTO Dr. Harvey Chen as Executive Director for Data Intelligence; and Jason Kang, former Lead Solution Architect of iProspect Taiwan, to lead Merkle Taiwan's delivery team.
The new company will offer data transformation - focusing on data science and data engineering, including cloud service consulting, data management consulting, and data analysis; digital transformation - personalization, commerce consulting, CRM and loyalty program consulting; and CXM transformation - customer experience transformation strategy, planning, and technology consultancy.
Lin says the launch underlines dentsu's dedication to enabling end-to-end marcom solutions: 'Only considering both data application and commerce insights can help brands rebuild their model post Covid-19. It is crucial for our clients to take action and work closely with a full service consultancy. We are confident to be the best transformation partner'.
With 13,000+ employees, Merkle is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, with 50+ additional offices throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Web site: www.merkleinc.com .
