Glow Gets Expansion Funds
Australian market research technology platform Glow has received a seven-figure amount of financing from tech funding business Tractor Ventures, which it will use to further develop its products and platform and to accelerate its international expansion.
Headquartered in Melbourne, Glow was formed in 2013 by former PricewaterhouseCoopers director Tim Clover (pictured), and delivers survey building tools, audience integrations and data analysis features. The company also provides real-time access to millions of people across Asia Pacific through a partnership with Dynata, and last year partnered with US-based NielsenIQ to expand into North America. The firm has recently hired a number of staff in business development and operations roles to support growth in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong, and Paradigm Sample co-founder Sima Vasa has joined its US Advisory Board.
The undisclosed amount of financing is Tractor's largest investment to date, and follows other recent additions to its portfolio including that of audience attention measurement specialist Amplified Intelligence, which was founded in 2017 by Karen Nelson-Field. Commenting on his own company's funding, Clover said: 'We are thrilled to be joining the Tractor team. They have a great model and an open and friendly team with a variety of skills that can provide us a fresh perspective as we continue to scale here and overseas'.
