Verve Reports £10.4m Turnover, Promotes Eleven
London-based community panels and digital research specialist Verve has announced growth of 28% for the financial year ending 31st December 2021, taking turnover to £10.4m, following 23% growth in the prior year. The firm has also promoted eleven members of its team.
Verve, which was launched in 2008, also has offices in Manchester, UK, Chicago and Romania, uses commonly adopted technology to gather feedback, and integrates multiple data sources to deliver more in-depth insight. The firm recently announced a partnership with customer intelligence specialist Alida to provide a full range of research and customer experience (CX) services to Alida's software platform clients across the world.
In a statement, Verve said much of its 2021 growth had come from the expansion of its research specialisms including Culture & Trends, Innovation and Semiotics, coupled with new client wins, adding that the Alida deal will drive 2022 growth. CEO Andrew Cooper (pictured) adds: 'I am are very proud of the excellent client work the team has delivered, resulting in stellar revenue growth in 2021. With this momentum, and investments already made, I see strong reasons for us to further improve on this upward growth trend in 2022'.
Separately, in the UK Research team, Melissa Birkett has been promoted to Research Director; Tomi Durosinmi and Danny Vio have been promoted to Research Manager; and Talia Austin, who joined Verve's graduate intake last year, moves up to Research Executive. Elsewhere, Verve's Operations team sees Oana Pasca promoted to Associate Director; Teodora-Adelina Andone to Senior Project Manager; and Cristiana Hubate to Community Manager. Anisoara Gherghel, Teodora Alexandra Simon, Nicusoara Bordei and Mihai Grigorescu have all been promoted to Project Managers.
