Yonder Hires Langford for New Recruitment Manager Role

UK branding specialist Yonder Consulting has appointed Kate Langford as Recruitment Manager, responsible for acquisition of talent across the whole business.

Yonder was created in 2020 when survey firm Populus brought together its own team and that of its brand and business strategy firm BrandCap, along with insight-led innovation firm Decidedly. Langford (pictured) began her career as an RE at BMRB, before moving to Pegram Walters (acquired by Synovate in 2001) as an SRE. She then worked in recruitment, initially spending seven years at the EMR Group as a Recruitment Consultant, then joining Pricejamieson as Client Manager, Elizabeth Norman as Senior Consultant, and Hasson Associates as Associate Partner. Most recently, she worked in-house for engineering consultancy Hedson Group, leading the Resource Management, HR, Operations and Rail Project Delivery teams.

In her new role, Langford will lead talent acquisition across the Consulting team (market research, brand strategy, analytics and creative), Data Solutions team (data programmers and processors, survey managers) and Operational team (finance, IT, office management etc).
