Schlesinger Strengthens Senior Team

Data collection and research services company Schlesinger Group has appointed Troy Anderson as Chief Product & Technology Officer and Ellie Ahmadi as CMO; and promoted Rob Ramirez to Chief Client Officer and Sue Maldonado to Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Schlesinger Strengthens Senior TeamAnderson's two decades plus of experience leading digital transformations include three years as President and CEO of engineering firm KnowledgePlex, Inc., and C-Suite roles at Snapfish and iModules Software; and in the last four years he has served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at health and wellness intelligence firm SPINS and Chief Product and Information Officer at Aperture Health. A member of the Coquille Indian Tribe and the author of its first dictionary on the Coquille language, Miluk, he was also a professional Go player insei and wrote the book 'Way of Go', which examines analogies between the game of Go and strategy in business, war and politics. In his new role, he will lead development of the tech engine powering Schlesinger's systems and products.

Ahmadi has worked in top marketing roles at firms including Accenture (three years) and Protiviti (eight and a half), and is co-founder of restaurant tech platform EazDine. Ramirez has been at Schlesinger for more than eight years in strategic development and client relationship roles, is charged with keeping client experience 'front and center across the company's self-serve, in-person, and 'do-it-for-me' solutions'.

Maldonado will help drive key initiatives and strategic priorities for the company, as Chief of Staff to CEO Steve Schlesinger who comments: 'The energy and proven success of these leaders add impetus to the objectives of our talented strategic team as we drive our digital transformation forward.
