Mastersolve Sells CRM and CX Practice to Faye
Management consulting firm Mastersolve has sold its customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CX) practice to marketing automation software developer Faye. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Mastersolve previously helped clients select the most appropriate CRM platform and CX automation platforms for their organizations - providing SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Salesforce.com solutions from its offices across North America. As part of the deal, Mastersolve clients and CRM and CX teams will be merged into Faye, which says the acquisition expands both its CRM and CX expertise and its geographic footprint in the Midwest and Canada.
