Rhetorik Buys Data Delivery Solution Datarista
UK-based B2B sales and market intelligence company Rhetorik has acquired data delivery solution provider Datarista, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2015 by Pat Sabatino (pictured), Datarista helps data providers enable integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms without the need for code. The service can be used for account, contact and lead enrichment; and de-duplication against existing customer data; while offering sales enablement tools for real-time research. According to the company, any data provider using its platform can get to market in just weeks and at a fraction of the cost of building custom integrations.
Rhetorik says the acquisition extends the reach of its own data, AI, insights and analytics capabilities, with a real-time, cloud-based and integrated sales and marketing technology suite. In addition, as part of the deal, Sabatino will become Rhetorik's VP of Product, and Rhetorik will add a Providence, RI-based subsidiary to its existing Woking, Surrey headquarters and offices in Quebec City, Canada.
