Experience Specialist AnyRoad Raises $47m
Experience relationship management (ERM) specialist AnyRoad has raised $47m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use for product development, integrations and go-to-market strategy, and to hire talent in areas including data science, engineering and machine learning.
San Francisco-based AnyRoad helps global brands measure, scale and implement their off-line and online experiences. Users can build experiential programs grounded in data and consumer insight, in order to nurture brand loyalty, measure changing consumer behavior, and better understand their brand associations. The firm's software integrates into CRM, loyalty, ERP and POS systems.
New funding has been led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, with Andreessen Horowitz, Runa Capital and Kaiser Permanente, alongside existing investors Rally Ventures, Precursor Ventures and Day One Ventures, and newcomers Commonfund and Corner Ventures.
