PureSpectrum Hires Northern Europe Sales Leader

Online sample marketplace PureSpectrum has appointed long-time Ipsos exec Elena Speer to lead its sales team in the Northern European region. She is based in London.

Launched in 2016 by former Cint US MD Michael McCrary, PureSpectrum provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers of online sample. Speer (pictured) joins after nearly sixteen years at Ipsos, where she latterly served as Global Management Consultancy Leader, creating and implementing business development strategy for 34 local market teams. Earlier she was Head of Global Commercial Engagement and Business Development Director for the CEE region. She joined the business in 2005 as MD, Ipsos ASI Russia and Ukraine, before becoming President, Ipsos ASI Central Eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, she held planning roles at ad agencies Leo Burnett and BBDO Worldwide; and she was Marketing Director of The Moscow Times.
