maslansky Hires Head of Quant
Omnicom-owned MR and language strategy firm maslansky + partners (m+p) has hired Jaime Hodges for a newly created role, SVP and Head of Quantitative Research.
m+p uses cognitive behavioral science to help clients translate corporate speak into language that is 'clear, credible and compelling' for consumers. It then helps clients understand how their audiences process and interpret information, and shows them how certain words and phrases can drive engagement and action. Hodges (pictured) joins with two decades' research consulting experience, which includes eight at Phoenix Marketing International, latterly as EVP, and before which she was Group VP at Kantar Millward Brown
In her newly created role, Hodges will expand and strengthen m+p's quant offering through proprietary methods that integrate multi-method research with the firm's behavioral science and linguistics expertise. She will also drive its quant methodologies, including the newly announced Persuasive Strength and core visual aid (CVA) approaches, designed to help clients quantify the effectiveness of their overall messages.
Hodges will report to CEO Michael Maslansky, who comments: 'Jaime brings a perfect mix of deep research expertise, an academically rigorous approach and a passion for language. She will spearhead the development, design and execution of critical behavioral science- and linguistics-aligned approaches to solve clients' most troublesome communications challenges'.
