KnoCommerce Survey Platform Acquired

In Canada, software provider WeCommerce has acquired survey and insights platform KnoCommerce, for an undisclosed sum - adding to its range of eCommerce enablement solutions.

KnoCommerce uses embeddable surveys and response-driven actions to help merchants collect owned customer data and attribute customers to any channel, with the aim of ensuring each customer can be cultivated throughout the discovery, conversion and retention lifecycle.

Following the acquisition, KnoCommerce will continue to be led by current CEO Jeremiah Prummer (pictured) and will operate as an independent brand within the WeCommerce portfolio. WeCommerce CEO Alex Persson comments: 'KnoCommerce is highly complementary to our existing portfolio, and we're looking forward to partnering with them to accelerate their growth trajectory.
