Vurvey Launches QR Code Feedback Tool
In the US, enterprise co-creation platform Vurvey has launched a tool to help brands gather feedback from customers scanning QR codes.
With headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, Vurvey offers a collaborative platform through which companies can invite input from customers, and use their feedback in testing, iteration and go-to-market strategy. In February, the firm launched a tool called Vurvey Reel, which compiles clips of video survey feedback from consumers into a highlights reel.
The new solution automatically creates a custom QR code to be printed on a client's product packing, which their customers can scan any time to leave feedback about the product. Once scanned, a customer is directed to a Vurvey survey and can chose to provide video-based feedback, ratings and/or reviews. In addition to packaging, clients can use Vurvey QR codes to gain feedback on brick-and-mortar location issues, such as store shelves or staff uniforms.
Company founder and CEO Chad Reynolds (pictured) comments: 'Vurvey QR enables companies to connect with consumers in an entirely new way and it makes it easy to place QR codes on product packaging, instantly turning any product into an opportunity for customer feedback. We've found QR codes make it significantly easier for customers to provide reviews and feedback'.
