A Closer Look Opens Senior Living Mystery Shopping Arm
In the US, mystery shopping agency A Closer Look has launched a specialist division covering the senior living sector.
A Closer Look uses independently contracted evaluators to assess clients' customer experience, and help identify friction points which may impact on brand loyalty and profitability. The new dedicated Senior Living Mystery Shopping division will focus on America's 65-and-over population, which US Census forecasts say will nearly double during the next three decades.
The new division is led by Lisa Wohlers (pictured), Director of Operations, who has been with the business for nearly twelve years. CEO Chris Gillen says Wohlers' experience gives the firm's senior living clients an 'unparalleled advantage' with insights from their own processes and intel from competitors.
Wohlers (pictured) adds: 'We often hear that senior living communities must focus on their sales experience, from time of first contact through the full prospective resident experience.
