TransPerfect Expands in Manchester

New York-based language and tech solutions provider TransPerfect has moved its Manchester, UK office to a larger facility, where it has created a number of new jobs across technology, media and project management.

TransPerfect has offices in over 100 cities, and offers a range of services in more than 170 languages. In 2019, the company acquired a minority stake in market research sector language specialist G3 Translate, whose offering includes translation, interpretation and cultural consulting.

In Manchester, the new larger office will accommodate the business's growth, combining senior-level managers and experts with newly created positions. President and CEO Phil Shawe (pictured) comments: 'The United Kingdom continues to be one of TransPerfect's major bases of operations. We are excited to expand our presence in Manchester and to tap into the growing talent pool in the region'.
