NICE Rolls out CXone Platform in Singapore
US-based NICE has rolled out its customer experience platform CXone in Singapore, promising to help businesses in the Asia Pacific region deliver customized, digital-first customer service.
NICE provides enterprise decision intelligence solutions for the advanced analysis of structured and unstructured data, helping firms to deliver better customer service, ensure compliance and combat fraud. Its CXone platform manages customer interactions across multiple communications channels, and includes features for workforce optimization, automatic call distribution and interactive voice response (IVR).
