Leger Appoints CX Division Leader

Canadian polling, MR and strategy provider Leger has appointed William Braün as Vice President, Customer Experience and Implementation Solutions, responsible for leading and managing the Leger CX division.

Braün (pictured) joins from customer experience platform Emplifi, where he served as VP, Insights following its acquisition of iPerceptions, where he worked for nearly eight years. Prior to this he was a Project Manager at Opinion Search, responsible for managing resources on all aspects of front and back-end set-up for CATI/CAWI interviewing.

In his new role, Braün will oversee design, delivery and strategy for Leger's CX solutions, including CX consulting and Voice of the Customer services.
