CX Solutions Provider Alorica Names New CEO
In the US, digital customer experience (CX) solutions provider Alorica has promoted COO Greg Haller to Chief Executive, as founder and former CEO Andy Lee moves to the position of Executive Chairman. The firm says the moves are part of its 'future-ready' expansion plans.
With operations in sixteen countries worldwide, Alorica designs, integrates and optimizes digital solutions, personalized to meet clients' business goals. The firm's CX Analytics team conducts speech and text analytics and voice of customer and sentiment analysis to help improve the customer experience; and its data scientists carry out data mining and predictive modeling initiatives for customer segmentation; propensity modeling for customer likelihood to pay, purchase or reconnect; and attrition scoring to predict and prevent customer churn.
Haller (pictured) joined in the COO role in 2018, leading operations, client solutions, human resources, global business services and product marketing. He has three decades of senior leadership experience, thirteen of which were spent at Verizon Wireless, where he was latterly responsible for all operations in seventeen western states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Commenting on the news, Lee said: 'I can think of no better leader than Greg to steer Alorica into the next phase of our mission to enable companies around the world to achieve outcomes critical to their business strategies. His deep understanding of our clients' priorities, expertise in operational excellence and outcome-driven mindset for navigating industry change assure Greg is the ideal leader at the helm for Alorica today and into our digital future'.
