TBA Expands in China, Australia and the UK
Behavioural science consultancy The Behavioural Architects (TBA) has hired 29 new members of staff across its global offices - twelve in China, seven in Australia, and ten in the UK.
TBA, which was launched in 2011 uses behavioural economics and science to help companies better understand and influence consumer behaviour. Its global team now comprises nearly 100 consultants, with more appointments to come. In the UK office, Grace Baszczak and Rohin Kotecha join as Junior Strategic Consultants; Katinka Duewel as Junior Global Behavioural Intelligence Analyst; Shivani Gangrade, Alex Poultney and Rosalind Wilson as Strategic Consultants; Former Sparkler exec and quant specialist Cedric Chin, former Ipsos exec Anaïs Le Joncour, and former Research Partnership exec Miguel Rodrigues as Senior Strategic Consultants; and Freya Rowson as Associate Director, after roles at Firefish and Kantar.
In Australia, Lara Chapman has been hired as Senior Behavioural Strategy Consultant with a background in consulting, combining strategy with data science to solve business problems; Jason Lee, Anna Ostrowski and Stephanie Stanton-Fay join as Senior Behavioural Strategy Consultants; Jordan Thomas as Associate Director; Olivia Costigan Vermeesch as Behavioural Research Executive; and Yvette Voysey as Director, Healthcare, after running healthcare research agency IQVIA Solutions.
In the China office, former Kantar Research Manager Sharon Chan, former Ipsos Senior Research Manager Cindy Chong; client-side research manager Dennis Wang, and former Edenred Associate Account Director David Yang join as Associate Directors; and Linnan Jiang, Xueyan Shao, Eva Tang, Mia Wu, Kiromi Xu, Constance Ye, Welkin Yuan and Eudora Zhang all join in the role of Consultant. Jiang was previously a researcher at Researchism; Shao started her career as a researcher at cultural consultancy Rhizome; Tang gained both qual and quant experience at Ipsos; and Wu was previously an analyst at Kantar Consulting. Xu brings a degree in Sociology from Shanghai University; Ye previously worked as a researcher at Rhizome; Yuan was Associate Research Manager at Ipsos; and Zhang was a management trainee in the insight function at FMCG company Bluemoon.
