Happy Thinking People Hires Three in Germany

In Germany, MR and innovation consultancy Happy Thinking People has appointed Kathrin Wilfong as Research Director and Veronica Freni as Project Manager in Munich, while Marta Kuszyk-Goraya joins as a Project Manager in Berlin.

The firm, which also has offices in Zurich, Paris and Delhi, offers a full range of qual and quant insights and analytics approaches to clients across a broad range of B2C and B2B categories. Wilfong most recently worked at furnishings company Hans Segmüller Polstermöbelfabri as Innovation Manager, before which she spent nearly a decade at Kantar Health, latterly as Senior Project Manager & Consultant, Pharma Marketing Insights.

Freni began her MR career in 2005 at the family-owned MR company Freni Ricerche di Marketing, carrying out ad hoc, full service qual and quant projects across many sectors. She has since worked at Spinach, Blauw and Toluna in London. Kuszyk-Goraya joins with more than five years of experience in qual market research, gained in Poland at Ipsos, IQS and Blink. Her background includes behavioral economic approaches, innovation research, concept labs and ethnographic market research.
