Bounteous India Launches with New CEO

Insight-driven digital experience consultancy Bounteous has launched an India-based delivery arm, led by Vasan Sampath. The firm says it is planning to add thousands of new jobs in digital engineering, commerce, marketing, data and analytics over the next five years.

Bounteous helps clients via 'co-innovation' with strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing. The Indian delivery arm has been launched following the integration of digital transformation consultancy Lister Digital, which Bounteous acquired last year. The takeover was designed to enable Bounteous to deliver on global demand for its co-innovation offering, enhance its CRM capabilities and execute strategic engagements in more global locations, while helping companies optimise their customer and employee experience strategies.

As part of Lister's re-brand, former company President Sampath (pictured) has been named CEO, following the retirement of founder and CEO Srinivasagopalan Chary. In addition, Bounteous has appointed Shankar Krishnaswamy as Senior Vice President, responsible for leading the CRM team in India, and working alongside MD Katy Allen on Healthcare initiatives. Chary comments: 'Throughout Vasan's sixteen years with the company, he has continued to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to creating a culture of excellence for our team and our clients.
