Expansion Funds for Employee Engagement Platform Mesh
Employee performance management and engagement start-up Mesh has raised $11m in a Series A round of funding, which it will use to build a global team for further expansion across the US and APAC region.
Co-founded by Gaurav Chaubey, Saurabh Nangia and Rahul Singh in 2020, the Mesh HR tech platform was launched to help employers and employees manage goals, share feedback, and run one-on-ones - aiming to help replace the process for performance reviews that rely on top-down feedback, with continuous feedback and coaching conversations. The platform can be used to run full-length engagement surveys or for pulse checks, to understand workforce behavior, attitudes, and opinions and visualize staff experiences in real time, with data segmented by employee demographics or engagement drivers.
New funding has been led by RTP Global, and adds to Mesh's $5.1m seed round, raised less than a year ago, taking the total funds raised to date to $16.1m. Nangia comments: 'We are delighted with the consistent support and appreciation we have received from our investors and early customers. We're building a truly multi-generational company that will continue to reimagine how people perform and grow in the ever-changing future of work.'
